Individual Corps Weekend Booking

To book a weekend at the park for your Corps,
complete the following form and submit or snail mail to the park. If
you expect DND to pay for the park, ensure you fill out the
accommodation section of your RSS. Fee is $10 per day, or $20 per
person per weekend. There is also a $100 "No Show"
charge. In some instances, there may be an extra fee if
additional qualified instructors or equipment is requested.
NOTE: Contract with DND now requires us to provide
portable toilets and wash facilities the cost of which is included
in the $10 per day rental fee.
Bookings Schedule
Normal weekends are restricted to approximately 200 all ranks. The following schedule shows who is booked in at present and what other activities are currently scheduled.
You can change the number of personnel attending up to one week
before your scheduled weekend and rates will be adjusted
accordingly. Failure to show with no notice of cancellation
will result in a $100 charge.
NEW: Vehicle access to the lake and other areas through
the Lake Whittaker Main Gate is now restricted to the Park Duty
Officer only. If you need to have equipment placed in, or
removed from, an area inside the Main Gate, you must book the
timings of the gate opening with the Park Duty Officer.
